We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by effectively managing the sales team. They will design and implement a strategic business plan for better sales execution and own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

The Sales Manager will also build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. They will identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new projects and competition status.

Requirements:

• At least 5 property specialists
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php 30,000.00 – Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Supplemental Pay: Commission-based
